If the concrete mixer shows that the pressure in the hydraulic system is insufficient or there is no pressure at all, we can carry out troubleshooting according to the following aspects:
1. Check whether the hydraulic pump can output hydraulic oil. If it is a new type of hydraulic pump without hydraulic oil output, it may be that the pump body has casting defects (shrinkage, sand hole, etc.), so the oil suction chamber and hydraulic chamber have been connected, and the oil pressure is lost, the manufacturer should be replaced in time. If it is not a new hydraulic pump and there is no hydraulic oil output, the pump may not be operated correctly and parts may be severely worn or damaged. Replace them in time.
2. If the hydraulic pump has oil output, please check whether the safety valve works normally. If it is abnormal, it may be that the valve in the pressure oil circuit is polluted or blocked due to other reasons and is in the oil return position, resulting in a short circuit between the pressure oil circuit and the overflow circuit, or the pipe joint may be loose or pressurized. Some valves in the oil circuit leak seriously, or the seals of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor are damaged, resulting in serious leakage.
Cleaning method: open the relevant valve for cleaning, check the seal clearance and the size of various sealing equipment. Damaged sealing equipment should be replaced.
3. If the output flow of the hydraulic pump decreases significantly with the increase of the pressure, but the pressure does not reach the specified value, it is caused by the increase of the clearance after the wear of the hydraulic pump.
Cleaning method: determine the volume power of the hydraulic pump to confirm whether the pump can be used continuously. Seriously worn parts should be repaired or replaced.
4. If the whole hydraulic system of the concrete mixer can establish normal pressure, and there is no pressure in some pipelines or hydraulic cylinders (or hydraulic motors), it may be caused by pipelines, small holes or throttle valves, directional valves, etc. At this time, check the existence of pressure and oil one by one, find out the causes and clean them up.
